Recoveries We Have Won for Our Clients
Every case is different. These results are specific to their facts and do not guarantee, warrant, or predict the outcome of your case.
What Sets Us Apart
Plenty of firms promise to fight the insurance companies. Ours spent nearly a decade working for them first. That inside experience shapes how we investigate, value, and prepare every case, and it is what the four commitments below are built on.
We Know the Other Side’s Playbook
Before founding this firm, Joshua Adelpour spent nearly a decade defending insurance companies. He knows how adjusters value claims, where they cut corners, and how to push back.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a personal injury lawyer cost?
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee, so our payment is a percentage of the recovery. If there is no recovery, you do not owe an attorney fee.
How long do I have to file a claim in California?
Most California injury claims have a two-year deadline, but some are shorter. Claims against a government entity generally require notice within six months, so it is best to talk to a lawyer early.
What if I was partly at fault?
California follows a pure comparative negligence rule, so you may still recover even if you were partially at fault. Your recovery is simply reduced by your share of responsibility.
What is my case worth?
It depends on your injuries, your treatment, your lost income, and how the accident happened. Be skeptical of any early number from an adjuster; tell us what happened and we will give you a realistic range for free.
What should I do after an accident?
Get medical care the same day, photograph the scene and your injuries, get the police report number, decline recorded statements from the other driver’s insurer, and talk to a lawyer before accepting any offer.
